Challah French Toast

Below are a few of my favorite go to recipes.

Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs of ground turkey
1 large egg
1/2 cup of Panko Bread Crumbs
2 Tbsp of Italian Seasoning
1 tsp of kosher salt
1/2 tsp of ground sage
3-4 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375° F.  In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients above till they are all incorporated, but don't over mix.  Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.  Form approximately 1" balls of the ground turkey mixture and place them on the sheet (approximately 3 per row).  

Place meatballs in the oven when the oven is ready.  Bake for 30-35 minutes untill they are golden brown and cooked through.  

Makes approximately 12 meatballs.
